CNA Program Registration

Course Information

  • This includes 60 hours of classroom instruction (Fremont) and 100 hours of on-site instruction (San Jose).

  • In order to be eligible for CNA Certification, you must complete all hours, complete all classroom assigned, and pass quizzes and tests.

    Pre-Requisites

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must Pass Entrance Exam

• Must commit to all training hours (theory + clinical)

•Must complete health screening and TB test

•Must have parental consent if under 18

•Must Complete a Live Scan

•Must undergo a Physical Exam

•CPR Certification

We invite all Muslim students who are 16 years and older to apply, but spots are limited and preference will be given to Averroes High School students.

Course Costs:

$2,500 for Averroes Students

$3,000 for Non-Averroes Students

(includes non-refundable $200 registration fee)
